SUBJECT:NCDOT Water Line Relocation NC Highway 101 Project
BRIEF SUMMARY:

As part of a NCDOT stormwater project it is necessary to relocate of a Town of Beaufort water line located on Highway 101 at West Beaufort Road. Since the Town has entered into a relocation agreement with  NCDOT, the Town is required to approve the Notice of Award to Herring-Rivenbark Inc, the low bidder for relocation,  in the amount of $97,420.

 

Additionally, the Town is required to adopt a Resolution Establishing a Capital Project Budget Ordinance and Awarding Construction Contract for NCDOT Water Line Relocation - NC Highway 101 Project Town of Beaufort. NCDOT is funding the entire project with no contribution from the Town.
