BRIEF SUMMARY:

Larry and Debra Jones wish to sell their interest in the Inlet Inn and request that the Board of Commissioners approve the assignment of the Inlet Inn lease to Jay and Barbara Tervo of Wilmington, NC. 

 

Section 9 of the lease (page 6) requires that "assignment shall not be unreasonably withheld."

 

The lease is attached.
